Policies: 

• CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY- We will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you provide to us or we generate. We will reveal such matters only upon receipt of a written authorization and clear, verifiable instructions from you telling us exactly what we may reveal.

• SPOUSAL PARTICIPATION- If you are married, both spouses must participate and commit to all scheduled coaching sessions. If your spouse is not available for an appointment, we will reschedule.

• REFUND POLICY-We do not offer refunds for our coaching services as we are a fee-for-time service. We promise that you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it.

• RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS- If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, please give us at least 24-hour advance notice.

Throughout my career as a social worker, there has always been one motivating why behind everything I do: to make a difference. I am deeply committed to helping families overcome financial challenges and pave the way for a better future where they can achieve their dreams. I believe that individuals are the experts of their lives and situations. I believe my role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space guiding clients through the changes needed to reach the goals they are not able to reach on their own. Through coaching, clients can bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

I believe in the power of sharing experiences, including the mistakes I've made along my own financial journey. These lessons have been invaluable in shaping my understanding and expertise in this field. I am eager to share what I've learned with others, offering guidance, support, and practical solutions to help you navigate your own financial path.
